residence. Designed for a family that values their own private world, the
house presents a modest, intriguing face to the street—a long white wall
dotted with mesh screens that hint at the life inside without revealing it.
But step through the gates, and the home unfolds into a vibrant Lshaped sanctuary that wraps affectionately around a lush, green
courtyard.
The lifestyle here revolves around the “outdoor living room.” Huge glass
walls slide open to connect the indoor dining area with a fully equipped
outdoor kitchen, complete with a yellow cabinetry unit and a traditional
brick pizza oven—perfect for summer parties that last late into the night.
An external industrial-style staircase adds a fun, modern touch, leading
up to rooftop terraces where you can enjoy the view. With cozy
bedrooms tucked away upstairs and open social spaces below, this
home is a secure, light-filled oasis designed for making memories.

Courtyard House reimagines the traditional enclosed garden. The stark,
protective street facade gives way to a vibrant, L-shaped glass volume
that wraps around a lush lawn, complete with an al fresco pizza oven
and sculptural external circulation. This 550 m2 proposal masterfully
balances defensive privacy with a radically open, resort-style interior
life.
