The Story: Nune House reimagines the classic countryside home for
modern living. Inspired by the simple beauty of traditional gabled roofs,
the design splits the house into two light-filled wings connected by a
sleek, modern entryway. This layout not only creates a visually striking
silhouette but also cleverly separates the cozy bedrooms from the lively
living areas, ensuring peace and privacy for every family member.
The heart of the home is its connection to the outdoors. Large glass
doors slide open to reveal a spacious terrace, inviting the garden inside
and creating a perfect flow for summer gatherings. The materials tell a
story of contrast and balance: the warmth of wooden window frames
meets the cool precision of the metal roof, while a solid base of natural
basalt stone anchors the home firmly to the landscape. It is a home that
feels both fresh and familiar, designed for a life lived in harmony with
nature.

Nune House is a modern interpretation of traditional residential forms,
featuring two parallel gabled volumes connected by a distinct central
link. The design balances a light, textured façade with a dark metal roof
and a robust basalt stone plinth. With expansive glazing opening onto a

blending vernacular warmth with contemporary elegance.
